By using the Level One Dubai website and placing orders, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). USD prices are provided for reference only at an approximate conversion rate. Final charges are processed in AED. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
Payment
We accept credit and debit card payments via Stripe. Cash on Delivery is available for Dubai orders only. Payment must be received in full before dispatch for card payments.
Delivery
Dubai orders are delivered via our personal driver service, typically same day or next day. Delivery outside Dubai is arranged on a case-by-case basis. We will coordinate delivery times via WhatsApp.
Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp. Return shipping for Dubai orders will be arranged via driver pickup.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Level One Dubai and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Level One Dubai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
